WPBS Bookkeeping & Tax Services was originally established in the 1960's by John Walter Parker, and was incorporated in 1971 as W. Parker Bookkeeping Services Limited. In 2008, and recognize the new owner, W. Parker, to both honour the founder, the name was changed to WPBS Bookkeeping & Tax Services, Blair Stotesbury. The company was then purchased by Blair Stotesbury, CFP CGA to complement his accounting practice. In 1984 Mr. Parker's daughter, and continued to operate it until 2006, took over the business, Marie Dobson, when she decided to pursue other business interests. While there have been many changes in accounting practices, office technology and tax laws over the past 35 plus years, one thing hasn't changed - our commitment to client service.
